A strong room and vault door create the physical barrier around your belongings. Inside, each safe uses a dual-key lock system, with access assisted by our trained staff.
G4S security, surveillance and alarm systems connected to Dubai Police add further layers of protection.

How is my safe protected?
Our vault facilities combine physical barriers, monitored security, biometric entry and a dual-key lock system. Our trained team assists with access to your safe.
Is insurance included?
Insurance through Lloyd’s of London is included, with cover up to AED 1,000,000, subject to policy terms, limits and exclusions. Ask your branch to confirm the cover applicable to your rental and belongings.
Can I check the cover for a particular item?
Yes. Tell your branch what you plan to store and ask about applicable limits, exclusions and any documentation required before you reserve.
Who can access my safe?
Access is limited to approved clients and authorised persons after the branch completes the required identity and access checks. Sharing an online login does not grant physical access.
Does round-the-clock security mean I can visit at any time?
Security monitoring and client visiting hours are different. Our published branch hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00. Contact the branch to arrange your visit.
Can I see the facility before choosing a safe?
Of course. Arrange a visit to meet the team, explore the facilities and compare safe sizes. The branch will confirm your preferred date and time.
