Your account

Provide accurate details using your name as shown on your identity document. Keep your sign-in details private and contact HBS if you suspect unauthorised access.

Booking online

Prices and availability depend on the branch, safe size and rental term. Review the price, taxes and payment details shown at checkout. A temporary checkout hold can expire. If you choose to pay at the branch, availability and allocation are confirmed there.

Your rental agreement

These platform terms cover use of the digital service. Your branch-specific safe-box rental agreement is separate and is provided in your client area during onboarding, before signature and activation.

Review that agreement for rental obligations, renewals, cancellation, access and charges. Payment alone does not activate physical access: the branch must complete the required checks and agreement.
