All three open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00 and share the same security model and five box sizes, although availability varies by branch. The Business Bay branch is in Bay Square, the low-rise office and retail quarter at the heart of Business Bay, at Building B08, Retail G03. It is a short drive from Downtown Dubai and DIFC.
- Getting there: Business Bay Metro station on the Red Line is about 12 minutes away on foot.

The JLT branch is at Goldcrest Views 1 in Cluster V, Ground Floor, Retail 01B. Jumeirah Lakes Towers is home to the DMCC free zone, so the branch is a natural fit for the many businesses and professionals already based in the district.
- Getting there: DMCC Metro station on the Red Line is about 8 minutes away on foot via the Cluster V footbridge.
- Parking: Cluster V visitor parking, with two hours free on validation.
- Suits: residents of Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Village Circle, and anyone commuting along the western stretch of Sheikh Zayed Road.

Safe deposit box in Deira
The Dubai Creek–Deira branch is at Emaar Towers, unit ET1, G-S6, on 4B Street in Riggat Al Buteen. It serves the older heart of the city on the Deira side of Dubai Creek, close to the gold souk district and a short drive from Dubai International Airport.
- Getting there: Union Metro station, where the Red and Green Lines meet, is about 6 minutes away on foot.
- Parking: paid public parking at Emaar Towers, and street parking on Al Maktoum Road.
- Suits: residents and businesses in Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Garhoud and Port Saeed, commuters from the Sharjah side, and frequent travellers who want a box close to the airport.

Which branch should you choose?
The most prestigious address is not automatically the best one. You will return to the branch for visits, and a branch that fits your routine makes each visit easier. Ask yourself:
- Where will I be on a weekday or Saturday during opening hours? Home, office or school run: the branch closest to that routine usually wins.
- Do I drive or take the metro? Business Bay and JLT offer validated parking; Deira is the closest to a metro interchange.

- Do I travel often? Deira is the natural choice if you want to stop on the way to or from the airport.
- Will anyone else visit? If you register an authorised person or joint renter, choose a branch that works for them too.
Your box is located at one branch, and that is where you access it. If your routine changes later, ask your branch about moving to a different size or location.
What should you bring to a branch visit?
- Your original Emirates ID or passport. It is checked at every visit; copies are not accepted.
- Your booking confirmation, if you have reserved online.
- For a company rental, the documents HBS Privé lists for corporate clients: a valid UAE trade licence, the memorandum of association and a share certificate.
- Any authorised person or joint renter who needs to register, with their own original identity document.

Yes. Every HBS Privé branch uses the same layered approach: identity checks, biometric entry, dual-key boxes, G4S guarding, alarms connected to Dubai Police, private viewing rooms and Lloyd’s of London cover up to AED 1,000,000, subject to policy terms.
